Little mover!

Lucy is all over the place!

And has now discovered the stairs!

OH GREAT.

Such a curious and busy little thing!

And just a few pics of her playing :)

LOVES the kitchen set...like the mess she made?!

See her poor little boo boo above?  I tell you-she is so clumsy!  I feel like she is trying things so early so she can keep up with her older bro and sis!  It's scary.

I feel like I am going to BLINK and this sweet little thing is going to be walking! AH!

This mom's gonna snap!

LOL.

One of my goals this summer, on top of lots and lots of house projects was to learn how to use my camera!  I am having so much FUN figuring it all out!  And thanks to a sweet long distance photographer friend and a super awesome Tucson photographer friend...I am starting to understand it all!  Really enjoying shooting in RAW, manual, and all natural light!  Even though not every picture I take is technically correct...I am having a blast practicing on my kids and on friends!  I also got PS Lightroom so my next goal is learning editing!  I can do the basics-but there is so much it can do!

Last week I met up with my photog friend Elizabeth to learn some tricks and practice shooting...Ainsley got to go with me for some special mommy time

Ainsley was pretty cooperative getting her picture taken and has even started to "pose" now. LOL

She enjoyed doing some window peeking ;)  We went super early so nothing was open!

We had so much fun hanging out with Elizabeth and her sweet baby boy Graham!  Isn't he so adorable!

Yeah...he makes me want a 4th (AH! not happening)

And when Ainsley was done...I knew it was time to go!  LOL

That night we found this little friend on our porch! EWWWW!

Last week, with Mimi being here...Lucy also got to have some special time with Mommy and we went to one of our neighborhood parks!

Lucy loves being outside

And when we got back-we did our bounce house!  Yay for Mimi being here-makes setting up the play pool and bounce house so much easier!!!! :)

Of course we had to have Sophia over!

More park fun!  We have some great neighborhood parks!  I just wish we had one in our little gated subdivision so we could walk!  But...some neighbor friends and I are working on it!
Evan actually let me take his picture!!!!  HAHA!  And of course wearing one of his 3 favorite shirts that he ALWAYS chooses on days I dont lay his clothes out!  (Notice above he is wearing another one in the bounce house ;) )

Love his sweet face here-DONT love the shadows!  BOO!

Evan and Ainsley had so much fun playing with this dog! Made me sad ours our getting older and not always up for playing.

And of course my little nature hunter picking things up!  Do you want to know how many conversations we have to have about NOT picking up things off the ground?!  Especially where we live!

And almost every afternoon-we get a pretty nice little rain storm and Evan enjoys watching all the clouds and hunting for lightening!

And some pics from trusty iphone!  Like I said "this mom is gonna snap"!  Feel like I am constantly taking pics of these little monkeys!  But I just love these blog books that I get printed so much-I have to have it all in there!

Ainsley has made it her job to take Riley on walks!

And the kids had fun exploring the empty lot across the street from us the other night!

And this little girl is EVERYWHERE!  Pulling up and trying to let go of everything!  She's getting SO brave and wild!

And Evan and I got to have some one-on-one time a few times last week at his swim practice!  I am so loving watching him swim!

And it is safe to say that my kids are in costume ABOUT 80% of the time!  Fun times!

Thanks Nancy for this great pic!  Love this one of all my babies having a ball at My Gym!

Fish out of water!

One of the best parts of summer is spending lots of time in the water!

And we have been taking every opportunity to get wet!

Last week, Evan took swim lessons at the OV Aquatic Center!  He did great-but it was way too easy.  The other kids his age were much more timid about the water.  I was a little frustrated after the first day-mainly because he can swim and the other kids were just getting adjusted.  Well...and because I coached lessons and club swimming for many years-LOL.  But decided if nothing else, at least he was getting used to swimming and taking direction with someone other than Christian and I :).

Ainsley LOVED being able to play at the splash pad while Evan swam!

And yay for a concession stand where we got lots of yummy icecream treats after Evan's class!  Lucy did NOT think it was ok for her to not have one too!  So...I finally gave in and let her have a lick!

She was such a good girl in the stroller each day while the kids played...

But even though she was good-we did let her out to have some fun too!

A few more pics from his last day....

Jumping in and swimming to the wall and steps

And this week, Evan started swimming with a club team up here!  He is in the first level, of course, and still has a coach in with him but man did he get a "workout" on Tuesday!  Never seen this boy scarf so much food so fast!  They had him swimming 12.5 yards back and forth pretty much the whole time!  Guess that's more what I was hoping for when I signed him up for lesson-haha.

And between the splash pad, lessons, and swim practice-we are still able to fit in some backyard play pool time!

Wasn't intending on even getting Lucy in...

WHAT WAS I THINKING?  Of course she wanted to swim!

I just love these pics of the girls!

And once his sisters got out-Evan LOVED having some solo time!
