A few from this week!

On Tuesday, Evan had his 4 month appt...which is a rough one! Christian and I did not get much sleep for a few nights! All is well with our little linebacker though...he weighed 15 pounds 12 ounces (75th)! Things look great and we got the go ahead to start cereal. I am so excited to start Evan on food because I have been so pumped about making his food! Not only economically friendly but very healthy too! PLUS, Williams and Sonoma has a product called Babycook, that does it all for you! Steams, purees, the works! Once we try cereal for the first time, maybe this weekend, I will have to post some pics and video I am sure!

A BIG THANK YOU to Grandnan for staying with Evan these last few weeks!!! We have really enjoyed her being here and are sad that the trip is over :(

Being silly...

And then...Classic Evan...Splat! Spit up on the floor!Family of Three!
Chilling in Dad's chair!!!

WHAT???? A smile after shots!!! TYLENOL is a miracle worker!

A Little Sunday Humor...

Why babies have mothers...I think this is too funny...Christian does this with dog poop, but has been so good with Evan...he hasn't even pulled out his mask once! (yes he does have one!)

swimming, exersaucer, baby einstein, and Mother's Day!

This has been a GREAT weekend!!! Saturday, we put together Evan's Exersaucer! HE LOVES IT!!! THANKS AUNT CHRIS!!! It was so much fun watching him push the buttons and interact with the toys! Yesterday, he was awake pretty much all morning and early afternoon. He played in his pony and exersaucer...then, we went swimming at Lindsay and Shawn's pool! HIS FIRST TIME IN A BIG POOL!!!! It was 105 yesterday! When we got home...he slept for 2.5 hours! He was soooo tired!

Evan loves his daddy!

Check out those baby blues!!!!

This is such a neat picture!
Then, on Sunday we let him watch Baby Einstein for the first time...WHAT A HIT!!! He was in awe and laughing the whole time! Going to have to get more of those for sure! In the afternoon, Christian took me to a Brunch at the Raven Club at Verrado...GORGEOUS VIEWS! And great food!!! Shrimp cocktail, prime rib, crab legs...the works!!!! Chris got me a very cute Vera Bradley purse! Evan played all morning and slept the whole time....usually he doesn't make it through a restaurant dinner...but, I couldn't get him to wake up for pics!!! What a sleepy head! My mom sent me this box of cookies...ADORABLE!!!

View from our table!

Spontaneously woke up and tried to eat my face!!! Kodak moment!

trying to get him to wake up!!!

Trying to sit up!!! I think the belly helps him balance! So advanced! :)

Evan LOVES Memere and Pepere!

This week I returned back to work after 15 weeks off! But, Evan was in GREAT hands! :) My grandparents took care of him this week and will for one more also! It has been so nice!!! I appreciate them so much!!!

Then, next weekend his Grandnan comes in town to stay with him for a few weeks! So wonderful that our family is able to help us out! I am so attached to this boy and don't know what I would do if I didn't have this option while he is still so little (yet not so much...almost 16 pounds! haha).

In other Evan updates, he is talking all the time, giggling, and squealing! He is doing great with head control and drinking 6 oz at each bottle feeding. THIS BOY IS READY FOR FOOD!

Here are some pics they took from their visit this week!
