We had a tough few days with Riley but since being on medicine...Seizure free! Now if I can keep Ainsley from crawling all over her so she can enjoy her nap :) Love this girl so much!

A little getaway!

Most of you married with kids out there know you don't get many solo opportunities once you have babies...so we were thrilled when Todd gave us a little getaway for Christmas! Tonight we are at the kierland resort and enjoying dinner at Brio Grille!

Busy Friday at home!

Little Ainsley woke up yesterday with a fever so we had a day of play at home! The kids had a blast riding the train and driving the truck around. Though I have to say...I was so excited to get Ainsley this pink pony she could sit and ride around on and she hates it! Only wants Evans truck which he is not willing to share! Ah kids 23 months apart!

Pizza and a movie!

Jackie brought over pizza for us tonight! So yummy! Kids played and watched cars 2 (Evans choice...kaylee was such a good sport!) and we chatted! As seen in the pics...Ainsley kept chasing Brooke around everywhere! I felt so bad for Brooke! Crazy Ains!

A Day of L-O-V-E!

Happy Valentines Day!  

We had so much fun today celebrating Valentines Day!  We have really been talking alot of V-Day these last couple of days and Evan was so excited!  But, I was kind of bummed yesterday when I realized that photos had to be taken for the listing of our house :( SO we had to miss our the mom's group Valentine party! 

So, I got up a little extra early today and tried to still make the day super fun!  It started off with a special breakfast :)  I made heart shaped red pancakes, red (though looked more orange!) eggs, and pink milk!

Does this outfit look familiar?!  Ainsley had the same one last year!  When my friend Michelle discovered that her daughter had the same one last year but in a bigger size...she gave it to us!  I was SOOOOOO glad she thought of us, because I feel like with being so focused on the move, etc...I kind of dropped the ball!  I didn't pull together special outfits for either of my kids! :(  THANKS MICHELLE!

After breakfast we all watched a movie together!  Evan's choice...LOL...Oh enjoy it while it last Evan because once Ainsley can choose...it might not be Cars 2 :)   Ainsley went down for a nap shortly after we started the movie so Evan and I watched and played lots of board games!

 

And once Daddy got home, goodie bags!  Evan was so excited!

And the princess got a wand!  It was a hit!

 And Daddy was really excited about his!  Notice he still is holding his briefcase?!  lol

And for dinner...Heart shaped pizza!  I never make homemade pizza and this was so yummy!

Happy Valentine's Day everyone...though with all the love in my fam...I feel like everyday is a holiday :)

That is what Christian said after seeing these pics of Ainsley. Lol. It was even worse once he put a over sized Virginia Tech hat on her! Ohhhh this girl! Looking a little rough after a long day...I think we can all relate!

MORE LG FUN! With DADDY!

Daddy got back Friday evening from Tucson and with Ainsley being sick last week, decided to do our LG class on Saturday so he could come!

Ainsley kept asking Jackie to hold her :)  Can you imagine having twins...LOL  Going to miss having a great friend so close!  I think the hubbys may be worried one of us will be traveling every weekend ;) 

And then it was Evan's class...VERY short lived...Poor baby...pulled the door over his bare foot and sliced his toe REALLY bad :(  Was worried stitches were needed but it eventually stopped and hasnt broken open again.  Wouldn't walk on it the whole day yesterday.  Doing better today :)
