A last little weekend away!

On Friday we headed up to Phoenix for one little last weekend away!  Doctor discouraged traveling after this weekend so thinking we not be back to see friends and family until we are a family at 5! AH :0

And it was jam packed with a birthday party, maternity pics, football game watching, and some nice girl time with my mom!

Yesterday morning we headed out to Estrella Mountain Ranch to celebrate my friend Michelle's son Steven's first birthday!  First birthdays are so special and she sure did throw one awesome party!!!!

BOUNCE HOUSES!!!!!  Ainsley was OBSESSED with Christine's Little Tikes bounce house!!!!

She also had this super neat obstacle course one PERFECT for Evan's age!

In addtion to lots of fun activities...Snow cones, popcorn, hot dogs, and a Mister Softee icecream truck!!!!!!

YUM!

All the kids LOVED the icecream!!!!

And a big sand area full of lots of fun toys!

Thanks Mark and Michelle for hosting such a wonderful party...we had a blast!!!!

Then last night, my photographer friend Adriane took my maternity pics.  I can't believe how much fun these were!  Kind of made me sad I didn't do it all 3 times!!!!  BUT, I sort of dropped the ball on a 3D this time and it's too late, so way I look at it...this baby got belly pics instead :)  I can't wait to see them.  Some funny...some where I attempted to have a "serious" face...lots with the kids and fam...

Here is one my mom took on her phone...I have no idea why it looks kind of pixelish...weird.

And after...MORE treats as a reward for good behavior!

And a cute one of Ainsley reading to her boy baby doll...see him next to her on the chair?  Loves this doll.  haha

Great weekend and lots of fun and exciting things coming up...and one of the MOST exciting ones of all...Mimi comes in just a few weeks!!!!!!!!

Apple Orchard!

We had so much fun this morning going to the apple orchard!  The kids had a blast picking (and eating) apples with their friends!  Supposedly the best place in AZ to pick apples is Wilcox which is about an hour and half from here...not sure we will be making it there this fall...but today we went to Howard's Orchard and it was so cute!  Covered in pine trees (seriously felt like I should have been in Northern AZ) and a good size with little ones :)

Ainsley with our apple bag, her "purse" as she called it.  I kept asking her if she wanted to me carry it (she eventually gave it) and she would say "I got it" (it's her new phrase)

Pulling Parker in the wagon...he wasn't liking it...check out her face haha...these two crack me up!

And it was a no preschool day and Bubba was with us!!!!!  YAY!!!!!  He LOVED it and had so much fun following Christian around!

While we were waiting for everyone to come...these two got right to business!!!!!!!

Andrew, Kate, and Ains

Howard was so sweet and let the kids try his new granny smith apples to see if they liked them before we picked any!  They loved that!  Do you even want to know how many Ainsley attempted to bite into after hearing this?!

Ainsley and Parker enjoying their apples!

Thanks Sara for taking this pic of us!  We had so much fun!

I didnt seem to get any pictures of them actually picking because between holding the apple grabbing pitch fork thingy and helping the kids...I had so spare hands!  Sorry Corrin for later giving that to you and not taking it back....HAHAHAHA!

Little Natalie went back to get Ainsley because she decided she didn't want to walk anymore!  LOL!  I had to lure her with a paci...yeah that's bad.

Precious little girlfriends :)

Chowing down :)

And Corrin (Natalie's mommy) asked me to take a picture of her and nat and Evan said "Corrin take my picture too!" OMG.

And I saved this picture for last because it is so darn cute!  Sara took it and sent it to me and said it could be a advertisement...I agree!  ;)  Maybe Howard needs a billboard?!

Thank you Sara and Corrin for sending me so many cute pics!!!!!  We missed you today Kendra and Addie :(

In the end we came home with over a dozen apples and cucumber and I am so excited to tryout the crock pot apple sauce recipe I saw on pinterest...Many other mamas are making pies and other yummy treats...my offer still stands ladies...I will sample them all!!!! :)

And with it starting to cool down...we have enjoyed some outside playtime!  WOOHOO!

One Lucky Mama!

To have such wonderful family and friends!

Saturday my friend Kendra threw me a baby shower brunch for our new little girl!  It was such a great party and I of course have a TON of pics...BUT, the weekend fun began on Friday when Jackie and the girls headed down early for some playtime and sleep over :)

Evan waiting eagerly by the window

And once they arrived...Kaylee and Evan began their marathon 24 hours of CONSTANT playing!  They had so much fun together...coloring, jumping in the indoor bounce house, playing doctor (yep), in the playhouse, cars, doll house,  football, restuarant...all sorts of fun!

Jackie treated the kids to Happy Meals for lunch!  YUM!

The little girls had a blast too!  Loved hiding in the playhouse and chasing each other all around!!!

And after the little girls woke up from their nap...we had a lemonade stand when all the neighborhood kids were coming home!  FREE LEMONADE and COOKIES!  Kaylee even attempted to go door to door offering refreshments :)

After some yummy pizza...the kids were so dileriously tired...but the little girls were hilarious!

OHHHH loves!  Ainsley is pretty hands on!  hahaha!  Tried to carry Brooke a few times!  haha!

PEEK A BOO!

Practicing their gymnastics skills...

And bright and early Saturday...we were all up and back to the fun! :)

Once my mom got into town...we headed to the shower!

Me and My amazing hostess :)

My Phoenix family and friends that came down!  Feel so special that they could make it and I missed you guys that couldn't be here because of family conflicts :)

My Oro Valley mommy friends :)  Missed you Mollie and Rachel!

Mimosas!!!!  (mine with sprite ;) )

And a special visitor came into Kendra's backyard!  A BOBCAT!  It was gorgeous!  Can you see it?!  Oh Oro Valley and it's wildlife...you seriously never know what you may see.

All the details Kendra did were so adorable!  Check out the fruit baby carriage...SO CUTE!

And Mimi sent this precious flower arrangment!!!!

Bath salt favors...I will be putting these to good use ;)

Fun little baby predictor activity!

LOVED this...everyone wrote a message on diapers that I could read later while doing a middle of the night changing!  Such a cute idea!!!!!

This game was also so fun and I have never heard of it!  Kendra read off things like "contractions" "poopy diapers" "college education" and you had to choose which candy most reminds you of it!

This baby girl AND Mama were showered with so many precious, frilly, and personal gifts!!!!!  I couldn't begin to post all the pics (I will post pics of her with all of it when she is here :0 ) so, I have decided to post a few from my east coast family that secretly sent presents to make my day even more special :)  THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR BEING SO THOUGHTFUL!!!!!!

Bed set from Mimi!  Can't wait to set up her room!  Set is pink and green paisley! (we all know I LOVE paisley!)

Thank you Mimi for sending this precious ladybug sleepsack, necklace for mommy, shoes, book, and bows (Beth you make such cute bows)!

And thank you Aunt Chris for sending this adorable outfit and bib set!  I can't wait to see her in it!

And Aunt Sarah...I LOVE LOVE LOVE the mobile you picked out!  She is going to LOVE it too!

Thank you Kendra for being an amazing hostess...the brunch was absolutely perfect and I had such a wonderful day spent with my family and friends!  Thank you to everyone who came near and far...feel so lucky to have each of you apart of my life....I can't wait for you all to meet her!!!!

After the shower, I got to have some quality time chatting and relaxing with some friends before everyone had to start heading back.  I then took a pretty long nap before going out to a nice family dinner with my brother and mom :)  Miss being so close to them!

And there is not much to see yet, but a few pics of our little piece of Oro Valley :)
