Our First Visit to the Pumpkin Patch!

What a fun morning we had at the Pumpkin Patch!!!!!  We all had such a great time!  There was SO much to do and PERFECT for little ones!  We definetly started a new Tucson tradition today :)

Ainsley had to be measured to see if she was 30 inches to see if she had to pay.  I knew she was over...but thought maybe if she hunched may be close...UUUUMMMM no.  Both the kids are growing like weeds right now!

First stop...JUMPING PILLOWS!  I loved watching how much fun the kids were having on these!

And of course I loved seeing how much Daddy was having too!

We climbed the straw mountain!

They had quite a few little ride on tractors and playhouses for the kids the play with...

We rode a train!

Crawled around a rope spider web (this was not Evan's favorite...surprising since he loves spiderman)

Took some family pics!  My belly is huge!

Of course couldn't pass up an opportunity to do face-in-the-hole pictures!  Christian and Evan were making animal noises. LOL

And we took a tractor train ride through the corn maze!

And one of my favorite parts...PIG RACES!

They had a competition to see who could be the loudest and the 4 winners got a colored paddle.  If your color of pig won...you got tickets!

Well...with a loud mommy and mimi and an adorable red head...we got a paddle!  :)

Evan was so excited!

Our pig had a great lead...then got a little sidetracked by some yummy grass.  Of course we got the ADD pig! haha

After some yummy snacks, it was time for us to choose our pumpkins!  We rode big tractors out to a 23 acre field and got to pick them right off the vine!

There were so many!  A little overwhelming but so neat!

Headed back with our 5 pumpkins!

What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday morning!  The temperature was so nice when we got there...started to heat up a little at the end...but the perfect morning to go :)

After some lunch and baths...the kids are OUT!  SO exhausted!  And when they wake up...carving time!!!!

Fall is in full swing!

It's actually begining to feel like fall here in Tucson!

Yesterday morning, it was 54 degrees when I took Evan to school...so he needed a hoodie since they have outside time first thing! (of course when I picked him up...it was too warm for it! LOL)  And Ainsley sported some Halloween wear :)

And last night was Trunk or Treat at Evan's Preschool!  It was so much fun!  I have never done a trunk or treat before and LOVED it!  Everyone had to be there by 6...they locked the gates and the fun began!  Everyone decorated their trunk...and the kids had a blast walking from car to car!  There were so many different ways people decorated their trunk!  From games, to themes, lights, jack o lanterns...each so different!  It was neat!

My little Minnie Mouse

BUZZ Lightyear!  He was the only one! :)  Can't really see all the fun lights on his costume in the pic but the helmet and wings light up!

This car you had to climb a latter and reach your hand into a spooky bowl...Ainsley didn't brave this one LOL

Our Trunk!

One family set up a pumpkin toss game

And our favorite stop!  Miss Jennifer...Evan's teacher :)

Daddy and Minnie!

This car was a rescue heroes theme...and the treats came down a shoot...too cool!

We had a great time kicking off our Halloween festivities last night!  More to come!

Some recent fun!

Just wanted to post a few pics of some things we have done in the last week!  Tomorrow night begins our HALLOWEEN FUN so wanted to get these up before then :)  SO excited about Halloween with the kids this year!  And excited about all the fun activities we have planned!  I was kind of wondering if I would make it to them but as of right now...I will be!  The doctor said today, no change since last week still 1-2 centimeters.  I was dilated with her head down since 33 weeks...which proves that 1) the shots worked this time (doc tried a new medicine!) and 2) All the help I have had here from Mimi has made all the difference in the world!  When I was progressing at 33, my doctor was concerned about me making it to 36 and now...tomorrow I am 38!  WOW!  So, we are all just waiting to see when BG will make her big appearance!  I just cant wait to meet her and hold her!!!!  AND...I am beginning to understand why my friends who are pregnant until 39 or 40 weeks begin to feel DONE. ;-)

So last week we....

Went to the library...

Picked up a few things for BG at the mall...

Made a GIANT felt pumpkin...

Went to the park with some friends...

Headed to the zoo...

AND fed the giraffes yummy carrots

AND got to the see the elephants take a little swim!

Which was so cool!

And...woke up a tiger from his nap!

We have also been trying to have lots of outside playtime!

This is a pic from tonight...and one of my favorites I have of my two together!

How big can I blow up an iphone pic?  LOL
