Little Lucy is ONE month old!

Happy ONE month Birthday Lucy!

Wow!  One month down and for some reason...I feel like before I know it...we will be at a year!  If the other 11 go this fast...we are in trouble!

I read a quote off a friends facebook wall and havent really gotten it out of my mind since I read it...

Lucy...You are the blessing we never knew we always needed :)  I remember feeling pretty overwhelmed just moving to Tucson and finding out we would be expecting so soon!  And even during pregnancy, wondering how I was going to do it!  But now that things have settled a little bit at home and we are establishing routines, etc...not feel as overwhelmed...this is just life!  Trying to not to over stress the little things and realizing that there are times that will be utter chaos but really trying to focus on enjoying EVERY second of this craziness because we truly are blessed!  So on to Miss Lucy...

Just a few pics...

I think of all my babies...she really does make the most hilarious faces!

Lucy is doing so good!  Still a little peanut but starting to be able to wear some 0-3 month stuff!  She is not sleeping through the night (I still blame it on the hospital stay where she was constantly woken up ;-) )-And yes, I realize it's just a month...but Ainsley was my dream sleeper haha- and I was just talking to Christian about how I definitely feel like myself again BUT can't believe how exhausted I am!  A month out I wouldn't think I would still need to nap...but some days I just have to!

Lucy is very alert and loves laying in her play gym, being held out, and sitting in her bouncer so she can see everything going on!  She loves baths, cuddling, and really has a great temperament.  Although...if Ainsley is SCREAMING...she will join in!  HAHA.  She does however...NOT like her diaper changed!

Evan and Ainsley are still completely obsessed with her!  It's really cute!  Evan will say "ahhh little sweetie"...that's what he calls her...little sweetie.  Its precious.  He said she will be Lucy when she turns a year old. LOL.  Ainsley has gotten a little better with Lucy being "hers" but will say "MY SISTER!" Lucy is the first person she asks for in the morning and extremely in tuned with her crying, feeding, etc.  She wants to help and do EVERYTHING for her!

Lucy, we LOVE you little munchkin...we are so lucky and blessed to have you be a part of this CRAZY family!  Looking forward to the many months of fun and memories with my family of five!  Even though it's only been a month...feels like she has always been with us!

We have her checkup later this week and I can update then on how much she weighed, etc...

Exciting times at your place! I remember when the girls used to call each other "my sister" in fact they still do. :)
