Halloween Festivities!

Halloween was so much fun with the kids this year!  Holidays are just so much more fun with kids ;)  And this being our first year in Tucson...everything is so new!  New traditions and memories!

On Tuesday, Kendra and I hosted a little Halloween party for our playgroup!  The kids seemed to have such a great time and us mommies did too! :)  All the little kids looked so cute in their costumes!

Group shot #2...plus a few but minus Nemo ;)  Cracks me up that he is running away in the background! LOL

All ready for trick or treating!  My friend Michelle gave me this idea from PHX...she always did it at our playgroup party there and it was so fun!  All parents brought age appropiate treats and goodies and the toddlers got a bag full of fun stuff!

Treat time!

Then Halloween morning, started off fun with some goodies from Mimi...

Evan with his pet ghost!  SO cute!  Ainsley got a girlie ghoul ;)

And I let them have an early morning treat!  haha

Then we went to the mall for a special surprise!

For trick or treating we headed to Kendra and Matt's neighborhood.  They live in a huge development and with our neighborhood right now only being a few streets...figured it would be more fun.  And let me tell you...I have NEVER seen a neighborhood do Halloween like Copper Creek!  EVERYONE was so festive!  And most of the neighbors know eachother and do big col-de-sac and block parties!  It was lots of fun!

GLOWING!

This house was incredible!  Music, old movies on a projector, lots of decorations and things that pop out at you, a spinning tunnel, it was CRAZY!

Enjoying the wagon!

And our pumpkins Daddy carved this year!

And the Halloween dress up fun continued after hitting up some costume sales today!  The kids love their new dress up clothes!

Baby Update:  Had my 39 week appt yesterday and not really what I expected.  Baby is posterior (sunnyside up)...not ideal for delivery.  Trying exercises...so hopefully she will move and anxiously awaiting for her to arrive.  Getting contractions and tons of pressure, but nothing intense enough to head to triage.  I am so happy that she has held out this long...and with my history...kind of SHOCKED...just hoping that our delivery can go as planned.  But honestly, my birth plan has always been what is best for baby so if a C-section is required...then so it shall be :)

Hopefully my next post will be a baby announcement!  AH!
