The Lindberg Family: Some of this and that!

A post of all sorts of RANDOM things!

First off...The Splash Pad!

Last Friday was SO hot so we decided to go cool off at a Splash Pad on the east side of Tucson! It was so fun! Ainsley's first time and loved it! Made me very excited about the new splash pad being built in Oro Valley! It was about 100 at 11am so a nice way to cool down. But when we got back home it was only 93! Couldnt believe there was really that much of a temperature difference! crazy.

Here she is all ready to go! Sporting the suit and tennis shoes. I used to wear tennis shoes on deck sometimes when I swam, so guess this didn't look so weird to me. LOL. I hadn't gotten her water shoes yet!

And later that night we had a great Friday night! We grilled out, kids played outside, and had a nice evening together! Christian has been working some long days so the nights that he gets home early-ish...I am so excited!

The next morning, Mother's Day weekend began! LOL. I know it's not a weekend but there were so many fun festivities! I went with the mom's group I have joined here to the Ritz Carlton Spa for some relaxation! We had a great time chatting, laying out, getting pampered, and having some lunch! Christian stayed with the kids and then my mom came in and helped him out too!

I was so excited my mom decided to come down for a quick visit. My brother leaves for the summer next week and I won't see him much :/ . So I am taking all the opportunities I can for family fun!

By time I got home the kids were napping so my mom and I decided to let Christian nap and headed out for some mother-daughter time!

Was that really all the pics I took?! Maybe my mom has more! We had a great family dinner that night then Christian and MJ went to see a movie and we rented a chick flick and ate junk food!

Mother's Day "weekend" was so much fun! Full of relaxation, pampering, FOOD, laughter, and lots of family time! It was PERFECT!

OOOOO This is fun! But, no smile of course! She gets so shy in public sometimes! The owner, Kevin, ran our class this week because our teacher was out of town. He is hilarious! His wife is also the principal at the school we are hoping to send the kids too. Small world!
