Our Trip to the Children's Museum

Saturday, we visited the Tucson Children's Museum!  We absolutely love the phoenix one so was excited to try this one too!  It had some similarities but smaller and pretty different.

Evan putting his hands inside the holes to guess what was in there...

A community helpers exhibit...

Both kids thought the fire truck was so much fun!

And a police motorcyle!  Real working siren and lights :)

This was in a the build it exhibit!

There was a ocean exhibit...Evan loved playing inside the submarine control room :)

This is such a good idea!  Plastic ocean characters cut in half to make puzzles.  They reattached with magnets!  Fun!

 Music room!

Electricity!  Writing with light!

DINO world!  The Dinos all moved!

SHOPPING TIME!  The kids spent FOREVER here.  Also had a big kitchen area with working appliances (toys that looked real).

 Ainsley's turn!
We spent FOREVER doing the cash registers!
VET station!  Evan taking care of his puppy!
And they both thought the big animal scale was so neat!

HUMAN BODY exhibit...EWWWWW  look at that nose!

 GROSS!

She was so angry this was a fake banana!  Kept trying to open it!

Fun little tree house climber

Rainforest Room!  Just like PHX, flying frogs!

OH and a TRAIN room!  Why didn't I get more pics of this?!  There was so much including a crawl through train car.

And outside there is building blocks (below), sandboxes, and playhouses!

We had a great day together as a family!  We finished off a great day at 5 guys!!!!  OH it is so dangerous having one SO close to our house!  YIKES!

That looks like so much fun! It may be smaller than Phx, but it looks like there is a lot to do!
