Today, this post is all about Ainsley! I was looking through Evan's first year blog book and was pretty disappointed about how many pics I have of him when he was tiny compared to how many I have of her! AH! So, I wanted to give her a little spotlight! She is getting so big! Her little face is really filling out and she is looking more like an infant than a newborn ":) She makes the most adorable little faces and her personality is really starting to come out! She smiles ALL the time and it totally melts my heart when I pick her up if she is upset and she SMILES :) She is sleeping pretty good but is definetly a restless sleeper and I wake up EVERYTIME she tosses. If she keeps having pretty good nights...I am thinking big girl room in the near future :) If we go to bed before 10 she gets up at about 3:00 and 6:00. If we go to bed at around 11 (weekends) then she can go to about 4:30 then 7:30 (though sometimes at 4:30 she doesn't want to go back down). Plus, I wonder sometimes if our tossing in the night wakes her up? hmmmm. Ainsley is a great eater but still having a little trouble with the relux...between 5 pm and 6 pm in the evening is the worst part of the day for her. I feel so bad. Christian gets home from work and she usually just screams for the first hour :( The medicine has made a difference though because before that was happening ALL day.
I have been working on getting her on a pretty good schedule which includes having them afternoon nap at the same time, which has been nice on those days that I need a little rest or need to do some CLEANING! AH! That has been something that has been a challenge for me. I really don't like a messy house but right now, it is reality. I do what I can and even though there is usually toys everywhere and a little more dust than I would like...the kids are my number 1 priority right now and they are doing GREAT :)
Pics are totally out of order...but I am doing this while holding baby girl :) Before bed last night...

A few of things Ainsley loves:
-Her play mat
-Sitting in her bouncer
-LOVES music
-Watching big brother...she just stares at him sometimes...so cute
-Baths
-Being held and snuggling :)
-the front pack
-Going on walks...but you HAVE to keep moving! (which is good for mommy...LOL)
-Grabbing at objects in front of her
And I guess this will be a little bit about Evan...check out the AWESOME pics Amy Hill took of Evan and Ainsley. There is also a link on the side of the blog to her website :) She captured Evan's personality perfectly!
