Mimzy's Visit to Tucson!

This weekend, Mimzy came to visit!   Even though Phoenix is only a few hours away, when you are used to 1.8 miles, it seems so far!  LOL

On Sunday night, she took us all out to Joe's Crab Shack...YUUUUUM!

 We have also done some shopping, eatting out, My gym, and lots of playtime with the kids!  We also toured a Preschool for next year and I am keeping my fingers crossed we get in!  Evan loved it and didn't want to leave!  We are on the waiting list and should hopefully know by mid april or may if someone drops!

Let me tell you something dangerous...having a THREE malls within about 10-15 minutes of us!  AH!  Yesterday we wanted to stop but realized we had NO stroller!  YIKES!  It was almost nap time and our window was limited so Mims had this idea....

Ok, after doing this blog I realized there are WAY more pics of Ainsley.  That is because Evan only wants his picture taken these days when it is HIS idea :)  OHHHHHH 3 year olds!

Also, I made the blog public again because I didn't realize that when you make a blog private...your viewers have to have a gmail account...PAIN!  :)

Donut Sunday!

Today we tried out our new spot for donut day...Dunkin Donuts! We are so excited to have one so close! Yummy! PS...thought this was Ainsley's first donut but Mims informed me she has had them at her house! Hahaha

Our first trip to the zoo!

Today we visited the Tucson Zoo! We had a great time! Evan's favorite part was the giraffes...Ainsley loved the ducks (kept saying "quack quack quack"). My favorite part was seeing the baby elephant! They have a new exhibit opening the 24th but I was able to get a peek :) and Christian was excited there was a polar bear! The zoo is owned by the same people as te Phoenix and San Diego zoo so that's pretty cool. Also if you are a member...you have membership benefits at over 100 zoos across the country. We saw bears standing up on their hind legs to peek over the zoo fence and 3 new lion cubs! Evan loved using the map to guide us around and Ainsley enjoyed being pushed around the stroller! Most times she just wants to walk but today was a good rider!

We had a great visit and look forward to joining and going whenever we want!

Just a Few...

Today, we had Evan's first My Gym class!  He had a great time!   Ainsley went on Tuesday and I felt so bad because he SO desperately wanted to play.  They have open playtime daily but yesterday had some work done on the house so couldn't make it!  So today, he was ready!  I think we are actually going to head back here in a bit for open play.  Daddy works late so I figured it would be great for the kids to get their wiggles out! ;)

So here he is...spinning on the bar!  This are all I got...between chasing Ainsley and chatting...these were the only I took!

We are starting to feel more settled in our home and absolutely LOVE it!  Loving all the different rooms...just wish it had ONE more bedroom and we would buy it!  Neighborhood is pretty and everyone is so friendly!  I have ventured out to My Gym,the mall, and some local stores.  Next week, I would like to try the storytime here which I hear is lots of fun!  Also, on Monday we start touring preschools for Evan in the fall!  So that is exciting! 

This weekend Mims and Uncs come!  I am excited to have our first visitors!  We hope to do a few fun Tucson activties while they are here!

And the BIG news this week...THE HOUSE SOLD!!!!! :)

Fun at my gym!

This was the only picture I got from our first class at my gym today! I really need to unpack my camera! :). Ainsley loved her class today! They had slides, bars, trampolines, a roller coaster, swings, beam...and a ball pit! we had a blast!
