Christmas in AZ!!!

We got back to AZ very late on Wednesday so we did my xmas with my mom on Thursday evening!

Evan had to bring his boombox to sing for everyone!

 A new art set from Mims...I guess she is always taking Evans!  Evan got a cool one where you color your own stickers!

 SUPER WHY puzzle!

 hehehe!

 A HOKIE STONE for over our back door!  The football team at Virginia Tech hits one as the run out of the stadium...it was the HOT gift for Hokies this year!

Todd loved the beer mugs we gave him!  And the diet rootbeer!

 Ainsley got a fun little instrument set!

 Playing with their new toys!  Evan got a glow doodle, tons of games, legos, color wonder, puzzles!  Ainsley got a Hello kitty lunch box, a favorite pillow (I got one of my mama clark when I was born and ALWAYS slept with it...yep even through college), art set, instruments

 And...their big gift from mommy and daddy!  A scooter and a musical music along pony!

 Ainsley loves Evan ride on truck so I figured this would be a hit!

 Practicing!  He has since gotten really "fast"!  "CHECK ME OUT!"  he tells us!

 DINNER TIME!  My kids always love spaghetti night!

After her bath, she played with the new music push toy Todd gave her!

The kids also got a Playhouse for outside!  Not set up, that's our project tomorrow!  Look for pics!

 And I got a new bike!  Can't wait to hook up my trailer!  But need to get Evan a new helmet first!  Ainsley will be sporting his Thomas one!  LOL

Kind of sad Christmas is over but I know 2012 is going to be a GREAT year full of many new adventures!!!!

Christmas Eve and Day in Virginia!

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve and Day in Virginia!  It had been 2 years since we had been in VA for xmas day, so it was so fun to be there with the two kids :)

 Christmas eve evening family and close friends came over and had dinner!  Ainsley was not wanting to get her picture taken!

The kids did a gingerbread house...what was so cool about this?!  It's reusable!  GENIUS!  Something we learned from this?!  Don't let the kids do the gingerbread house unattended...because they will eat candy and frosting like CRAZY! 

These two are SOOOO cute!  If you look at the family pics there is a few adorable ones of these two and I HAVE to have one!  They were such buds!  Evan said "shes my best friend"!

After the gingerbread house the kids watched a few Christmas shows and headed to bed!

Christmas Morning!  

The tree Santa left some goodies under :)  Mimi put up 14 Christmas trees this year!  This one was child proof!  All shatter proof ornaments!  

Santa also left a new David book and T-REX pillowpet for Evan and UNICORN for Ainsley at the bottom of their bed!

These kids were up at the crack of dawn...literally...wasn't it like 6:45?!  They were all so excited! 

WOW!  A MP3 music player, complete with all of Evan's favorite songs!

AND...a microphone!  Evan, Marley and Ainsley had SOOOOOO much fun with this!

And...A CAMERA!  You should see all the pics he has taken on this!  They are hilarious...I need to post some!

More books for his tag!  Oh and didn't seem to get a pic?!  BUT he also got his LEAP PAD!!!!  It is what he really wanted and was so excited to get it!  Hasn't put it down since!

And these were so cool!  Marley got a fairy in a jar and Evan a firefly in a jar!  They are so neat!  You tap the jar and they fly around!!!!

Oh my goodness there is so much I don't even have pictures of!  Cars racetrack, legos, leappad, pirate ship, tool set, BIG floor piano, a music table that works with your TV, leap pad games, app cards, and case, shark puppet, Matchbox cars, Ainsley got some adorable outfits and a little miss muffin and a microphone, frog blanket, so many cool new books, and MORE!  Quite a few things were shipped, so I feel like it will be Christmas all over again next week! :)

What a great time with family!  After all the present fun we had a great prime rib dinner!  :)  And the kids spent the rest of the day and night PLAYING!
